What is a rented number?
A rented number is a phone number that belongs to your account for the period you choose. Every SMS sent to it during the rental appears in your inbox, from any app or website, with no limit on the number of messages.
How long can I keep a number?
Choose 3, 7, 15, or 30 days, depending on the country. You can extend an active number as many times as you like, so you can keep it for months.
How do I extend a number?
Open My numbers, pick the number and press Extend. Choose a period and the days are added to the current end date. An extension costs the same as renting that period.
Which apps can send SMS to my number?
Any app or website that sends text messages: messengers, social networks, marketplaces, email providers, games and work tools. The same number can receive codes from many services during the rental.
What if no SMS arrives?
Cancel the number within the first 20 minutes while no SMS has arrived, and the full price goes back to your credit at once. You can then rent a number in another country.

How much does a rented number cost?
Prices start at $30.00 per rental and depend on the country and the period. Every price is listed on the pricing page, and the price you see is the price you pay.
How do I pay?
Add credit in the console with the secure PayGate window: USDT, USDC, Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB, Solana or Litecoin. The minimum top-up is $30 ($20 in lower-income countries). Your first top-up of $100 or more gets a bonus of 20% to 35%.
How do I sign in?
Your account is one access token that your browser creates when you sign up. Save it, and sign in with it on any device. We keep only a one-way hash of the token.
What happens when the rental ends?
The number stops receiving SMS for your account at the end date shown in My numbers. Messages you received stay in your inbox history, and you can rent a new number at any time.
Is there an API?
Yes. The REST API lets you list prices, rent numbers, read the inbox, extend and cancel with an API key from the console. The documentation is on the API page.
Is unused credit refundable?
Credit stays on your account with no expiry and is used for rentals and extensions. Refunds from canceled numbers go back to your credit.
