Terms of service

These terms apply to everyone who uses snsnumber.com and its API. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

SNSNumber rents phone numbers that receive SMS. A rented number is assigned to your account from the moment you rent it until the end date shown in the console, and every SMS sent to it during that time appears in your inbox. Numbers receive SMS only; they do not send messages or take calls.

2. Your account

Your account is opened and accessed with one token created in your browser. Keep it safe: whoever has the token can use the account and its credit. A lost token cannot be restored.

3. Credit and prices

• Rentals and extensions are paid from prepaid credit in US dollars. The minimum top-up is $30, or $20 in lower-income countries.
• The price shown before you rent or extend is the amount taken from your credit.
• Credit is for rentals on SNSNumber and is not paid out to a wallet.

4. Rental period and extensions

The rental starts when the number is shown in your console and ends at the end date. You can extend an active number with any period offered for its country; the days are added to the current end date. After the end date the number is no longer assigned to your account.

5. Refunds

Refunds go back to your credit as described in the refund policy.

6. Acceptable use

• Use numbers only for lawful sign-ups, logins and testing, and follow the terms of the apps you use them with.
• Do not use SNSNumber for fraud, harassment, financial accounts in someone else's name or any activity that harms others.
• We may close accounts that break these rules.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Rentals already paid keep their price and end date.
