Refund policy

Rentals are paid from your account credit, and every refund goes back to that credit at once.

Full refund in the first 20 minutes

If no SMS has arrived on a rented number within 20 minutes of renting it, press Cancel in My numbers. The full price, including any extension bought in that time, returns to your credit and the number is released.

After the first SMS or after 20 minutes

Once a message has arrived, or 20 minutes have passed, the number is in use and the rental runs until its end date. You keep receiving SMS for the whole period.

Top-ups

• Credit stays on your account without expiry and is used for rentals and extensions.
• Credit is not paid out to a wallet.
• Your first top-up of $100 or more gets a bonus of 20% to 35%, added with the top-up.

Payment problems

If the payment window shows a network error, follow its instructions to send again, or open the window again later. Payments that need a check are reviewed by our team.
